Are you interested in signing up for one of our classes? If so, please make sure you have submitted payment using the “Shop For Classes” link in the menu to your left. You will need your PayPal confirmation ID number when submitting your application for services.
If you have more than one dog that you would like to sign up, please submit separate online applications for each dog. You may submit one PayPal payment for all dogs, and then enter your PayPal confirmation ID number in each online registration form.
If you would rather not pay using PayPal, please print a copy of our application and follow the below instructions.

Please remember that all classes except Agility are in a heated/air conditioned building with matting to provide good footing for training dogs. Puppy Kindergarten is a 5 week class, and all others are 6 weeks. Agility classes are outdoor, 6 week classes.
Agreement to Hold-Harmless Waiver & Assumption of Risk
I understand that attendance of Dog Obedience and Agility Training Class is not without risk to myself, members of my family or guests who may attend, or my dog, because some of the dogs to which I will be exposed may be difficult to control even when handled with the greatest amount of care. I will not hold Donna Pashia, or Dog Obedience Training School or their representatives liable for any loss, damage, or injury to myself, my dogs, family or any guests accompanying me to any training session or special event while on the grounds or surrounding area as a result of any action by any dog, including my own.
Class fee is due before a reservation for class will be made and is Non-Refundable once classes begin. If a student is unable to complete a class due to an illness or prolonged absence, arrangements may be made to join the following session.
